Someone shared their notes with you

If you already use Kapy Notes

Choose Open in Kapy Notes above, or open the app yourself and paste this page's address into the box under Settings › Sharing. You will see the space's name and who owns it; chooseAsk to join. Any email address you have signed in with will do.

The owner is told, and when they let you in the notes appear in your list under the name of the space. Until then you can read nothing in it.

If you do not have Kapy Notes yet

Download it for your Mac, Windows PC, iPhone or Android phone and sign in. Signing in is your email and a six-digit code; there is no password to invent. You will be asked to choose an encryption passphrase, which is what locks your notes and never leaves your devices. Then come back to this page and follow the steps above.

You do not need to pay for anything to join. The owner's plan covers the people they let in.

Things worth knowing

The link works for a week and the owner can turn it off at any time. Asking shares nothing of yours: joining only lets you see the notes in that space. You can leave whenever you like from the note's share sheet or from Settings.
