Kapy Notes Refund Policy

Try the whole app before you pay anything. If Pro Lifetime still is not right for you, getting your money back should be easy.

Try it before you buy it

Forever Free includes every writing and calculation feature with no time limit, so you can judge whether Kapy Notes suits you before spending anything. Pro Lifetime lifts the note limit and adds encrypted sync, sharing, storage and transcription minutes, and is paid for once. Every account starts with fourteen days of Pro, free and with no card, so you can try those too before paying anything.

Bought directly from kapynotes.com

Direct purchases use a RevenueCat-hosted Stripe checkout. If you are unhappy with Pro Lifetime for any reason, email hello@kapynotes.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full $24. You do not need to give a reason.

Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank. After 14 days we will still read your email and will use judgement. A licence that never worked is our problem to fix, whenever you tell us.

Bought through the Apple App Store

Apple processes those payments and handles the refunds; we cannot issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple applies its own criteria and time limits.

Bought through Google Play

Google processes those payments. Play refunds requested within 48 hours of purchase are handled in the Play Store or at your Google Play order history; after that, contact Google Play support. We cannot issue Play refunds ourselves.

Bought through another store

If you bought Kapy Notes through the Microsoft Store or any other channel, that store's refund policy applies and its support team handles the request.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, where an email usually settles it the same week.

What happens to your notes

Refunding Pro Lifetime returns the app to the Forever Free plan. It does not delete anything: your notes stay on your device, and notes beyond the free limit become read-only rather than disappearing.
