Someone wants to share notes with you
Shared notes are encrypted so that only the people in the space can read them. Accepting takes a minute.
If you already use Kapy Notes
Open the app and sign in with the email address this invitation was sent to. The invitation is waiting under Settings › Sharing; choose Accept. The next time the person who invited you syncs, their app lets you in, and the notes appear in your list under the name of the shared space.
If it is not listed there, paste the link you were sent, the whole address of this page, into the box under the same heading and choose Join.
If you do not have Kapy Notes yet
Download it for your Mac, Windows PC, iPhone or Android phone, then sign in with the address this invitation was sent to. Signing in is your email and a six-digit code; there is no password to invent. You will be asked to choose an encryption passphrase, which is what locks your notes and never leaves your devices. Then follow the steps above.
Things worth knowing
The invitation works only for the address it was sent to, and expires seven days after it was sent. Accepting it shares nothing of yours: it only lets you read and edit the notes in that space. You can leave at any time from the note's share sheet or from Settings.
